Terms of Service

1. Service

GoodToDeploy provides automated production-readiness audits of public-facing web applications. We run 71 checks across 12 categories on the URLs you submit and deliver a scored report with findings and fix recommendations.

2. Scope of audit

Our audits examine publicly accessible aspects of your web application only. We do not access your source code, private repositories, internal services, or authenticated areas. Results reflect the state of your system at the time of testing and should not be considered an exhaustive security assessment.

3. Payment and billing

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. By purchasing an audit, you agree to Dodo Payments' terms for payment processing. Fees are non-refundable once the automated checks have been executed, as that constitutes delivery of the core service.

4. Use of the service

You agree to:

  • Submit only URLs you own or are authorised to test
  • Not use the service to probe systems without authorisation
  • Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the audit infrastructure

5. Disclaimer

GoodToDeploy is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, automated checks may produce false positives or miss issues. The report is a tool to inform your own production-readiness decisions, not a guarantee of security, performance, or compliance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodToDeploy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on audit results.

7. Intellectual property

The audit report is delivered to you for the specific URL(s) tested. You may use it internally and share it with your team. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish the report without our consent.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
